From Bhofen via Gainfeld up to the Arthurhaus and then straight on to the Hochkeil. Over the alpine meadows down to the "big Chinese wall on the Hochkeil" (only for experienced mountain bikers who like to ride a hiking trail) and then over a really flowing meadow trail down to the Mosottalm and further down into the valley.
