We found the cave impressive and worth seeing.
The little church on the mountain is pretty, the way there isn't as bad as it looks. A stop in Péfki is worthwhile.
Very nice lonely landscape around it!

Start in the tranquil mountain village of Pefki, from there steeply uphill to the mountain church of Estavromenos and through fragrant mountain landscapes to the Vreiko cave and from there back to the village.

Very impressive, beautiful and lonely - apart from a few goats we met a winegrower and two hikers.
