December 17, 2023,Berlin: Entlang der Kuhlake durch den Spandauer Forst

We start this short hike at the animal enclosures near Johannisstift. Many families with children take advantage of the dry and spring-like weather to visit.

But just a few meters further we are almost alone. We hike along the Kuhlake to the wet meadows near the Spandauer Eiskeller and then back again. Very nice.

Today's hike begins at Johannisstift and takes us past animal enclosures to Kuhlake. The hiking trail that runs on both sides of the Kuhlake takes us to the ice cellar clearing. From there it goes back to Johannisstift via the Mittelheidesee and the Hoheheideteich. A hike that is recommended at any time of the year.
