From the Kreuzjoch you can descend into the Fissladtal. But you should definitely be free from giddiness and have a safe footing, because in the upper part it looks very steep and narrow. The path is secured with chains, but nevertheless it looks very "interesting" from the yoke to the end and more after climbing. In my opinion, it is better first of all from Fissladtal to ascend the yoke, which facilitates the descent, since the way is then known.
