Hiking
Visible from afar, the striking tower is a kind of landmark. It can even be seen from the Koppeturm in the Marburg-Biedenkopf district.

Hiking
Unfortunately, the summit of the Hoher Lohr has become somewhat bare due to wind damage, but the all-round visibility has improved: Dünsberg and Sackpfeife with their transmission masts can be found, but there is also a view towards Dillingen and Winterberg. There always seems to be wind, so dress accordingly.
