you turn just before the top of Newgate bank on to the Bridle path and almost go back on yourself for about 1.5 miles come to a crossroads turning up the hill will until you get to the top then it 4 mile straight down in to Helmsley passing the open air swimming pool at the bottom of the bank turning right for market place
