Running
It's a brilliant run up from the Lin of Dee, not too steep but definitely a challenge. Once at the top there are loads of options for extending the run, most people will take in either Ben Macdui and return via the excellent Carn a' Mhaim ridge or Beinn Mheadhoin before running back down Glen Derry.
