With the new construction of the inner-city district and family center in the Bürgerpark, the Billet'sche Schlösschen was also fundamentally renovated. The facade was renovated true to the original. The interior received a careful design adapted to the building's structure. An open community space has been created on the ground floor, which also elegantly opens up to the outdoor area via the terrace on the Mühlbach. These rooms of the listed building, which is significant for the city's history, can also be used for weddings.
