The Coal Creek Heritage Society manages these trails, which are open for multiuse during the summer and groomed for cross-country skiing in the winter. You'll find a mix of forested trails and easy, wide-open trails with spectacular mountain views. Access is free but donations are welcome to help defray maintenance costs, and if you're feeling ambitious you can link these trails up with the nearby Castle Mountain trail system for longer adventures.
