After rain, water spills over the sandstone ledges beside Waterboard Road, turning this quiet corner of Prestons Gully into a small but lovely cascade. During dry season the cascade is unimpressive so timing makes a big difference. You can see it from beside the track, but take care around the uneven rocks, which can become particularly slippery when there is enough water to bring the cascade to life.
