The church of Shën Triadhës is one of the most beautiful and best preserved cross-domed churches in Albania. It is dated to the late Byzantine period of the 14th century, but also contains older components, such as columns and capitals from the 3rd to the 5th century

Unfortunately this church was closed during our stay in January 2022. Apparently, the entire castle complex is only fully accessible during the season.
