Brewery open for 5 years with a new beer on tap every week. Sampled several great beers and enjoyed a chili beer, a historic beer which the original German family recipe was found when renovating the attached mansion, and a Christmas inspired IPA, very piney!
Great place, would love to do the tour of the mansion some time, and enjoy a few more beers. Nice outdoor beer garden too.
