The memorial park is located on Pakrački vinogradi (above the church of St. Rok), where a commemoration is held every year.
The monument was erected in honor of Marijan Kulhavi – Foka, deputy commander of the 76th Independent Battalion Pakrac, and six members of the reconnaissance unit "Ćukovi" from Bjelovar (Ivan Bedeković, Ante Ćurić, Franjo Gašpar, Dražen Hudec, Željko Novosel and Darko Peroš) who died in an ambush at this location on December 29, 1991.
In honor of the fallen defender, a walking tour "Fokinim stazom" is also held, which connects places related to his life and death.
