Palazzo Milesi or Comunale was built in 1465 on the occasion of the wedding of a son of the Ginami family. From the Ginami family, the Palace passed to the ownership of a Franzini, a knight of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre, and in 1924 from them to the Scacchi-Milesi Family. In 1924 it became the municipal seat. It is a civil construction that over the years has never undergone artistic alterations. The interior preserves some rooms characterized by painted coffered ceilings.
