For generations, the Geisingen City Mill has carried on the milling tradition as a family business, processing high-quality raw materials into premium products. Nestled in the heart of nature – the Baar region in the southern Black Forest – they are known for their wide range of spelt and organic food products from their own mill. Their own hydropower provides the energy for the entire production process. The miller guarantees the use of Oberkulmer Rotkorn and Franckenkorn grains in all their milled products.

Hiking

The existence of the Geisingen town mill has been documented since 1139. Built by the serfs of the Lords of Wartenberg as part of their forced labor, the mill is an important testament to regional economic and social history and today houses the Spelt and Hildegard von Bingen Museum.
