Rannasee is a beautiful location, in the middle of the southern Bavarian Forest and the many offers make it a popular destination. The Rannatal on the upper Danube valley is a fantastically beautiful and largely untouched river valley.
With care and sense of scenic beauty, this valley has been developed for tourism.
The centerpiece is the Rannasee, an artificial swimming lake with an area of 20 ha, with bays, restaurant, paddle boat rental and a 120 m water slide.
