Carrot Creek is a minor tributary of the Sturgeon River, which forms part of the park’s western boundary. The creek flows seasonally through low-lying sections of the natural area, contributing to the wetlands and small ponds found there. It’s one of the main ecological features that help make Riverlot 56 a haven for amphibians, songbirds, and beavers.
