On the market square of Neuerburg you will find a very nice sculpture with musicians, a kind of religious column, but also a café with a nice terrace where you can eat ice cream. Shortly before the market square there has been a charging station at a new kiosk (including the post office) since May 2022. You get the key in the kiosk/post office.

Neuerburg is an old settlement area, probably since the Franconian period. Over the centuries, the Eifel town has seen many different people coming and going.
The most striking buildings of the city are the castle Neuerburg, the parish church and the Lehnshaus.
In the past, Neuerburg was a lively, lively center with a hospital, high school and good shopping facilities.
Like many other cities Neuerburg currently has a problem with the city center.
Many vacancies indicate that the city center has lost its appeal.
The marketplace could well withstand a nice cafe.
