If you are going this way, I would recommend making a trip for it, you must visit these guys. Incredible operation, 3 guys and 2000 sheep making heavenly cheese. They will love your visit and you can taste their magic. Leave some thank you payment as they won't ask for anything. Traditional hospitality.
