This early 20th-century palace was built at the initiative of its German owner, Carl Treppmacher. The estate remained in the hands of the Treppmacher-Schwanke family until the end of World War II. Faced with the approaching Red Army, the estate's owners abandoned Wólka in the winter of 1945 and, after a dramatic escape, finally settled in Hesse. After the war, the estate was nationalized as former German property and transferred to the use of the starch factory in Staw.

The two-story building features a prominent avant-corps, with a porch next to the avant-corps, covered by a hipped roof.
