The late-classical rotunda with a dome was built in 1841 under Bishop Roman Zängerle. In 1876, August Schwach painted two historicist battle scenes in wax crayon on the side walls to the left and right of the altar. The semi-open rotunda is enclosed by a wrought-iron gate.
