San Pedro Apóstol is a beautiful church located on Calle Puerta de la Guardia 4 in Pizarra. This church was built at the end of the 15th century by Diego Romero, the founder of Pizarra, to meet the needs of the colonists. The current building was rebuilt in the 17th century.
The church is built in the Mudejar style with an artistic artesonado.
The church has a square tower with three levels, the upper level of which is made of brick.
The interior contains a beautiful marble pillar from 1617 and several works of art, including a baroque altarpiece.
