In summer, when everything is green, it is easy to miss. The Duttlacher Graben is not a natural stream, it "springs" from the Bruchsal sewage treatment plant. That is why it was called the Stinkbach when the sewage treatment plants were not yet at the level they are today, because it really smelled very unpleasant.
