Here are the Grönsfurther mountains (a ridge that runs up to the Grönsfurther Weg) - at the top of the mountains (near the former Viking castle, also called a rampart) is a challenging trail with difficult passages in between. It goes down and up 6 times from 7-8 meters in height - the descents and ascents are very sandy. I never managed to ride up - the ground was too sandy, too loose...
But it's great fun - pushing is part of it!
