From the car park on Place du Foirail in Riols with its beautiful plane trees, take the bridge over the Jaur and reach the heart of the village of Riols. Just after the church, turn left for 200 m on the D908 then go back up to the right, via the “Chemin Neuf”. At the crossroads, turn right and go through a tunnel. Continue straight towards Prémian, taking the railway line converted into a greenway. At the hamlet of Ardouane and its former monastery, cross a stream and notice the picturesque “Pont aux Vélos”.
