Cycling

A beautiful, approximately 2 km long forest path between Darfeld and Eggerode. It's very easy to ride, but you should dismount as a precaution if you encounter oncoming traffic.

Cycling

"Poaters Pättken," the path once used by the monks of Burlo Monastery to reach Höpingen, is now considered by connoisseurs to be the most beautiful cycling route in the Münsterland region. At times, the view sweeps over the diverse landscape of the Baumberge Mountains, then the narrow forest path narrows and is lined with tall trees on both sides, resembling a hollow way.

Cycling

Great path, like a narrow-gauge railway line, only through the forest.
