Hiking
The baroque building, built in 1655 and later expanded, is one of the most important mansions in the valley. Since 1985 it has housed the Valposchiavo Valley Museum with many interesting testimonies of rural life and local art and culture. The Tessitura di Valposchiavo is also based here. For over half a century, the hand weaving workshop has been producing precious fabrics from natural fibers, which can be admired and purchased in the shop on the ground floor.

Hand weaving mill Tessitura Valposchiavo
The Tessitura Valposchiavo is one of the last professional hand weaving mills in Switzerland. Fabrics made of cotton, linen, hemp, wool, cashmere or silk are produced in Poschiavo. Table linen, home textiles and accessories are available for purchase on site.

Tuesday - Saturday, 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m., 2.00 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.
