Sgùrr na h-Ighinn is a hill in Moidart. It is classified as a Sim as it is too close to Sgùrr Dhomhnuill, with too little prominence to qualify as a Marilyn or a Graham. It is easily approached from Sgùrr Dhomhnuill or from the west ridge but the direct ascent or descent to Bealach Mam a'Bhearna is too steep and rocky to afford an easy route. It is a good viewpoint to the west towards the Ardnamurchan peninsula.
