Mountain biking

Single trail descent, where there was no trail or gradient earlier. The former mining makes it possible. On the heaps Hoheward and Hoppenbruch today there is a beautiful network of trails on which you can have fun with your bike - and in the middle of the Ruhr area. If you just want to drive a comfortable round with great views, there are plenty of alternatives. Instead of the "jungle downhill" you could also comfortably roll over the "balcony promenade".
