The perivoj is made in three parts. These are English gardens, then the central part of the garden, which is laid out like a French garden, and coniferous spruce and fir make up the third unit. Numerous terracotta statues lined the park until the First World War. Perivoj was a place where outdoor sculpture exhibitions were held. A small zoo was created and peacocks were allowed to roam freely on the lawn.
