A hot tip is the homemade cheeses! You can buy them vacuum-packed at the checkout, so they'll even survive the trip home in your backpack.
On very nice days, it can get quite busy, but after 2:00 PM, it quiets down, allowing you to enjoy the great atmosphere and recharge your batteries in peace!
