The modern wayside shrine is a structure with a height of 3.40 m and a width of 2.40 m. It depicts St. Christopher with the baby Jesus. A structured brick wall with a pointed arch niche holds the colorful mosaic image. Wooden supports support the front of the gable roof. Natural slate covers the roof and gable. The beautifully designed forecourt with 2 benches and a green area invites you to linger. The foundation stone for this artistically designed wayside shrine was laid on May 1, 1991.
