Bies Bryghus in Hobro is a tribute to local brewing traditions, producing quality beers and offering a unique experience with beer tasting and restaurant catering.
Centrally located in Hobro you will find the old Bies Brewery, where the two Bie brothers started producing mineral water and later beer in 1841. The brewery was the absolute pride of the city for 140 years and popular beer brands such as Hobbie and Fyrkat became popular across Denmark. In 1980 the first part of the Hobro era ended when the brewery closed.
