Nice view of the Brazos River from the trail. The trail follows along the banks of the river for a short time, so you are treated with a good view for part of your ride.

I did not see the river when I was here as the picnic table pic can attest but the river is surely there, just maybe you have to walk down an unmaintained “path” to get there.
