Above-ground dimensions: height 0.63 m, width 0.75-0.50 m, depth 0.14 m, the tapering limestone memorial stone commemorates the death of the first Protestant pastor of Kranichfeld, who died suddenly at a young age in 1579 at the original location of the stone - according to Lit. Kleinteich 'behind the brickworks' later on a footpath on the 'Kleiner Sandberg' and finally since 1895 at the current location; incised inscription on the south side.
