The Hochschloß Weiher is located about 1.5 km north of Pähl, on the panoramic road to Erling. On the north side of the artificial body of water, hiking trails forks to the west towards Fischen / Ammersee (4 km) or north to Hardtkapelle and on to Erling / Andechs (8 km).

The Hochschloßweiher is a really recommendable excursion destination... i.e. definitely include it in your tour - it's not very crowded and so you can take a relaxing break here - we enjoy it every time :-)))
