The cheese is made from raw milk according to Swiss alpine tradition.
Milk production on the leased farm (6 hectares of grassland) in Sulzgraben. 6 cows are kept. In summer, they are kept on pasture, in winter they are fed hay.
The following are produced: Hochschwabkäse Alpador (various degrees of maturity), smoked cheese and St. Ilgenerkäse.
On-farm sales in St. Ilgen 91 (approx. 350m after the church; signposted)
