Hiking
The Drentsche Aa landscape emerged during the ice ages, many thousands of years ago. Nature and people filled the landscape. Here you will find special plants and animals and most of our country's prehistoric monuments together. The best preserved stream village landscape in Western Europe. Here you experience and feel the history. Follow the streams along their natural course as they have done for thousands of years.
