The Courtney Campbell Causeway Trail is a paved path crossing the bay from Tampa to Clearwater. This is a super popular trail for biking and running, and it's a super picturesque place to be at sunrise and sunset. The trail does follow along with the road basically the whole time, but there is a safe amount of separation from the cars.
