This is a big, impressive park, covering 2,400 acres of wildlands with some great running and walking trails, 3.2 miles of beachline, and even a protected offshore area. Crystal Cove State Park is a 2,400-acre park filled with singletrack trails and double-track roads that are great for biking. Depending on what bike you're on, you might want to stick to the smoother dirt roads. A lot of people hike and run on the trails, too, so don't get too sendy on blind curves.
