China Peak, also known as Sierra Summit, is a popular ski area in Central California near Fresno. It has been serving skiers since 1958 and is named after the beautiful Chinese Peak mountain. During the summer, you can visit the China Peak Bike Park, which has a vast array of mountain bike trails, from easy to pro, and is open from July 1 to September 17. The China Peak Adventure Center offers trail maps, and you can even rent full-suspension Santa Cruz bikes equipped with full-face helmets.
