This monument on "Plasa Wilhelmina" is a sculpture for memory of all Antilleans who were killed during the Second World War. The Inscription is "Ter herdenking van onze Gevallenen in de tweede Wereldoorlog 1940-1945." The names of the 129 Antillean war victims are all listed on the bronze plaque.
A tapered high shaft is flanked by two smaller shafts that stand on a bow-shaped substructure. All this is placed on a low, rectangular base of granite. A bronze plaque is attached to the sloping, low front. The memorial is 8 meters 55 high.
