The Belding Wildlife Management Area is a 282-acre parcel of land in Vernon that was donated by Maxwell Belding to the State of Connecticut. It helps provide a variety of habitat types, including fields, forest, and wetlands. It provides a beautiful undulating and sweeping tree lined environment for the cyclist to bike through.
