Mack, a small town situated 10 miles east of the Colorado/Utah border, sits at an elevation of 4,521 feet. Known for hosting the Country Jam music festival, the town was named after John W. Mack, a man in the asphalt business. There's not much here in terms of being able to buy a snack so come prepared with your own meal.
