Along the road from Pratolino up to Montesenario, at the end of a steep climb, there is this cross located at an altitude of 625 m. above sea level in a panoramic point. The plaque at the base commemorates the Seven Florentine Noble Saints who left here on 31 May 1234 to found the convent of Montesenario.
