Kaloko Drive is a 7-mile-long, switchback road that goes up the mountainside and ends in the middle of the Cloud Forest. This area gets its nickname because it is usually stuck in the clouds, or at least for the beginning of the day. The usually foggy forest promotes moss growth, but take care as cyclists share the road with cars and the fog can become so thick. This road leads bikers about 5,000 feet up toward the moutnains of Hinakapoula and Kalulu.
