In the small inner courtyard, you sit face to face with the brewing kettle and actually never want to get up again - as long as the supplies are flowing. With the beer, chef Michael Bayer also refines the house specialties - from the beer knuckle to the beer schnitzel. The sausage comes from our own production, the lamb dishes from the pasture next door. The wild boar ham is also legendary! Michael's brother Helmut Bayer is extremely successful in brewing a sensationally tasty barley juice here in one of the smallest breweries in Franconia.
