Cycling
The highway and SH3 are the direct connections between Elbasan and Tirana. The SH3 road leads over an 800m high mountain. The road behind Elbasan winds up in serpentines. Everything drives well. There is little traffic, beautiful scenery - every now and then you have to save a Greek tortoise so that it doesn't get broken and killed by the (few) cars.
