The Avas Szálló building became the property of the MCC (Mathias Corvinus Collegium) in January 2021. In her opinion, the building fits well into the plans of the talent development school because its goal is twofold: creating value and maintaining value. The plans are expected to be ready by June 2023. The building will then be publicly awarded and will last until February 2024, when the first work machines are expected to appear around the building.

Miskolc – Once one of the most beautiful ballrooms in the country, then one of the most unique cinemas, today it is becoming more and more popular every day. This is what the abandoned Kossuth cinema looks like from the inside.
