This is Saint Kee's Well: this modest but deeply meaningful place is the namesake of the town: Cill Chaoi (Kilkee) literally means 'The Church of [Saint] Kee'. The well is hidden in a whitewashed cottage on the cliff edge and offers a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby Bishop's Island.
